For a week now, my laptop has been in the shop. Last Wenesday, I had to put it in the shop because my screen kept freezing and doing a running like image. At first, I called the BestBuy Customer Support and tried describe my problem and they told me it sounded like a internal problem so I had to take it into the BestBuy store. When i took it into the store, they told me that they would have to ship it to the Dell location to fix it. The geek squad dude said he would call me when it came back, so well he still have not called and my patients are getting SHORT!!!!!!!! I been starving without my facebook, and plus I am unable to do my school work that is based on line. :-(
